Boy Blogs I L.O.V.E. Enjoy!
the actual pastor

Steve Wiens ... well, I don't even know where to begin. My husband is the strong, silent type. When I read Steve's blog, I feel like it's my husband's most beautiful, imperfect, secret heart pouring out of him. That is such a gift to a wife who wonders, every day, what might be going on in that big head of the man she loves.
Especially where infertility is concerned--hell, where parenting is concerned, where being the other half of a couple is concerned. I feel like I know my husband's heart, but I wish he would share more of it with me, and with the world (I kind of think he did when HE shared this link to Steve's blog with me). Steve absolutely won my heart and my gratitude when he put into words the battle, the uneven, stone-filled path, the uphill climb between a couple that is infertility...and then parenting, and everything in between. And he does it in ways that are completely non-judgmental, and from what I've read so far, non-secular. He comes to us directly from God (or whomever) himself, but he does so in a place of spirituality; of humanity, not judgment. We need a little (a lot!) more of that in the world.

Daddy's in Charge?

Daddy's in Charge? is more than a mere blog...this dude makes VIDEOS with LEGO mini figures and they rock. Some are based on fellow bloggers, all are entertaining. You don't have to have a LEGO lovin' boy (though I certainly do) to enjoy John Willey's blog and website.
Single Dad Laughing

Dan Pearse, author of The Real Dad Rules, Single Dad Laughing, and others, blogs about life as a single, and very recently and poignantly disclosed, bisexual dad. His funny and touching observations of a life that he hasn't really lived fully and genuinely until now, compell you to belly laugh out loud as you consider the humanity behind the label. I, for one, admire his courage, his vulnerability, and applaud his strength in daring to reach out to his readers from his authentic self, as only we all must.
